MODERN ART MUSEUM IN IZMIR… SOON ! ??
The Aegean port city of ฤฐzmir will soon have a new museum dedicated to modern art, when the Yaลar Education and Culture Foundation converts an old factory building in the city’s port area into a museum, representatives from the ฤฐzmir-based foundation announced last month.
The museum will sit on a 4,700-square-meter area and will primarily serve as an outlet to introduce work by outstanding contemporary artists from around the world to ฤฐzmir’s art lovers. The museum will also house the foundation’s DYO Painting Competition collection.
